OSB 12c - Disable/Enable OSB Component

Here we go!
Information that you need to know:

In case you need to disable/enable some component of an OSB project like:
  • Proxy Service
  • Business Service
  • Pipeline
  • Split-Joins
 You can follow the guide below.

For this practice we are going to disable the OSB Proxy Service component.
  1. Log in to the EM console.



  2. Once you have logged in, click on the Target Navigation button, then under SOA click on service-bus.



  3. Once on the service-bus page, we are going to click on the Projects tab.



  4. Now we need to identify which project we need to disable/enable (component), click on it.


  5. Now we have two tabs, Service Health and Operations, click on the Operations tab.


  6. Once in the Operations tab we will find all the components that the OSB project has. We just have to do click on the State checkbox and uncheck it, once we have done it, click on the Apply button.


  7. Once these steps are applied, our component is disable.
